Amy has spent over a decade in the music industry trenches as a publisher, manager and entrepreneur. After leaving her west Texas homeland to pursue her songwriting dreams in L.A., Amy did a complete 180 and became Head of U.S. Operations and Business Development at a major direct-to-fan music platform. Soon after, she started her own management company where she guided the careers of acclaimed artists Low Roar and Mia Dyson, writer/producer AG (Christina Perri, Aloe Blacc, MILCK), mixer Matty Green (Dua Lipa, TV on the Radio) and more. She currently manages producers Davis Naish (Matt Hansen, Joshua Bassett, Eric Church, Forest Blakk), Ben Tanner (St. Paul & The Broken Bones, The Secret Sisters, Maggie Rose) and John Paul White (The Secret Sisters).

In 2019 Amy joined forces with Reservoir Media Management to launch One Riot Music Publishing, whose website you are looking at right now.

CO-FOUNDER

Dan Rowe is a music industry entrepreneur, advisor, and musician. He is a founder and has been a strategic advisor to a number of creative-focused businesses in the music industry including SOCAN, Audible Magic, Songspace, and Mixcloud. In addition to his role with One Riot, he is also a Founding Partner and currently the COO of Firebird Music.

Previously, Dan was the Founder of Sword Rowe, a boutique advisory firm, where he focused exclusively on advising companies in the music industry. In 2019 Dan joined forces with Amy Patton and Reservoir Media Management to launch One Riot Music Publishing.

Earlier Dan worked at TVT Records and Publishing, and tried his hand at music management, too, working with artists such as George Clinton and Kool & the Gang. Dan has kept up a parallel second career as a musician, audio engineer and producer, including collaborating for the last 19 years with his wife, singer/songwriter Charlotte Kendrick.

The proud owner of an MBA and dual bachelor’s degrees in music composition and economics, Dan’s got money on his mind and a song in his heart.

GENERAL MANAGER NASHVILLE

Holly is an industry veteran known for her effective team building, creative problem solving, and natural leadership style, she has led an accomplished career over the last 20 years working with artists ranging from The Avett Brothers and The Carolina Chocolate Drops to Langhorne Slim, Kathleen Edwards, American Aquarium, The Secret Sisters, and Dolly Parton.

Deeply rooted in the Americana community, she was mentored by founders of the genre while serving as Marketing Director for Sugar Hill Records, Thirty Tigers, and Ramseur Records. Holly owned and operated her management company, Wingman Management, from 2014-2019 prior to joining Red Light in 2019. She is a past President of the Americana Music Association Board of Directors, and has produced many of the organization's Americana Honors & Awards shows at the Ryman Auditorium. Holly currently manages American Aquarium & The Secret Sisters at Red Light.

She is a skilled collaborator, ambidextrous free-throw shooter, and an excellent hang.

In 2023, Holly joined forces with One Riot Music and Virgin Music to launch One Riot Records.

VP OF SYNC

Matt has been finding the right songs for the right scenes for over 15 years. He got his start working with esteemed music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas on projects like Grey’s Anatomy, Mad Men, The Twilight Saga, and countless others. Matt has spent the better part of his career in various executive roles across several Hollywood Studios. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Music for The Walt Disney Company in the Live Action Film Music department, working on titles like The Haunted Mansion, Young Woman And The Sea, World’s Best, and Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers. Matt was also the Head of Music for Freeform (formerly ABC Family) and the Music Supervisor for NBCUniversal’s TV Promo/Marketing team. As an Independent Music Supervisor, Matt has worked on ad campaigns for several high profile companies (Google, Uber, Ray-Ban) and various film/tv projects. 

When Matt isn’t listening to music he’s watching baseball, playing golf, hanging with his 2 boys, wife, and goldendoodle, or doing a crossword puzzle (analog style with paper and pencil!).

MARKETING MANAGER

Aubrey Wickenheiser is a seasoned music marketer, manager, and event producer. With previous roles marketing a diverse roster of artists like Jordan Davis, Illenium, and Mau y Ricky, Aubrey is deeply committed to the various facets of artist development and crafting memorable fan experiences. With an “always learning” mindset, Aubrey has managed a Grammy award nominated artist, tour managed, and has produced festivals and events.

CREATIVE COORDINATOR

Halle Bartlett is a dynamic force within the Nashville music publishing community, recognized for her unwavering commitment to empowering songwriters and fostering creative excellence. As the Creative Coordinator at One Riot Music Publishing, she brings a unique blend of passion and industry insight to her role.

Halle's journey into Nashville's music industry began at Belmont University's respected Music Business program. She quickly became known as a leader and team player through her commitment to the Curb College community. She co-founded the highly successful Music Row Promo organization and worked for the career development office. Her contributions did not go unnoticed, as she was the recipient of many awards and scholarships, including the prestigious Robert E. Mulloy Outstanding Senior Award.

Halle pursued internships at several renowned publishing companies, including Big Yellow Dog, Creative Nation, Round Hill, and was a proud member of the BMI Catalog Cast program. Bartlett was hired onto the Big Yellow Dog creative team, where she was a an ambassador for the company's esteemed roster of talent for two years. She demonstrated a keen eye for identifying emerging songwriting talent and forging meaningful partnerships within the industry. With her dedication and innate ability to connect with others, she remains a driving force behind Nashville's vibrant music scene.
